Who doesn’t love a sexy nurse, or librarian, or secretary, or boss? They’re familiar characters in porn but I like to do things differently. I took these classic roles and re-imagined them as femme fatales throughout time. Each alluring woman has her own motive and method, taking advantage of the viewer at pivotal points throughout his life. Corrupted is the latest cinematic series from OLA, a FemDom suspense tale that explores the nature of how we learn from each other and the consequences that follow. At its core, Corrupted is the story of a man who repeatedly picks up coercive tactics after being debased by beautiful women.
Basic blackmail can be boring and it’s getting riskier by the year. Adult sites are always looking to ban content and the typical interactive game of “tell me your wife’s email then pay me to keep silent” hasn’t really been allowed for a long time. Anyway, that’s a lot of hand-holding that I just don’t care for. It’s much more fun to create elaborate stories and play out dramatic scenes. One of my favorite roles is that of a seductive and dangerous woman and it’s easy to place her in scenarios involving blackmail. With four sexy roles to fill, I was able to showcase several ways a weak man could be extorted. Spread over the course of his life, these exploits serve as the foundation for his treatment of women he subsequently meets. It’s this depth of story that makes Corrupted more than just masturbation material. It’s a multifaceted fable and humiliation provides comedic relief. Embarrassing revelations and tasks land the viewer in trouble again and again, from teasing about sticky pages to being made to dance naked.
Inspiration for the story came from my experiences. Playing dangerous women over the years has seeped into my style of FemDom. I know many men’s fantasy is to be lured in and taken advantage of by a seductive woman. They’ve shared with me that their most exciting encounters were when women have taken them by surprise and pushed their limits. Tapping into my own sensual power is easy. Applying it to a story of coercion was seamless. Visually, I found inspiration in Alfred Hitchcock. For general film knowledge, I had just watched several movies by the master of suspense and I took notice of his choice of shots. He often used a mix of wide and close shots to control pacing and build anticipation. Extremely wide shots aren’t something I make a habit of using because the nature of my work warrants intimacy. However, since Corrupted is a suspense thriller, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try something new.
When it comes to cinematic series, I love filming with my POV lens. It goes on the main camera and helps to immerse the viewer in his role. The shot is tight on me as the focal point and often centered on my face. In Corrupted, the immersion is taken to the next level with the use of a gimbal. Having a cameraman operate the gimbal allows the camera to “look around” the scene – and check out my body. This was especially helpful with a second camera set up for a wide shot. To get the widest view possible, I used one of my first lenses. I acquired it when I upgraded from a camcorder and was looking for a similar range. It was more than I needed, so my wide-angle zoom isn’t used much but it was perfect for this series. It allowed me to set the camera a short distance from the action and capture the whole space.
Showing so much of the set on camera was its own unique challenge. With a finite amount of props and the budget spent on specific details, I needed to get creative with the settings. A library, two offices and a sitting room had to be invented and not feel empty. I had enough main pieces of furniture from previous series, but some notable items were bought to enhance the story. Since nude magazines were a topic in for the sexy librarian, a magazine rack was acquired to make the scene more realistic. The sexy boss has a side-hustle involving pornos, so an era-accurate camera was needed to add authenticity. I even bought a stethoscope to complete the look for the sexy nurse, who spends her time taking sexy selfies with a camera-of-the-future that was crafted from foam, foil, a votive holder and a colored LED.
Outfits were key, as they always are in my clips. I didn’t have much room in the budget for new pieces but do I have a ton of pieces in wardrobe. The challenge this time was picking outfits to represent different eras. Looks were put together to not only represent each character and her job, but also the year she was in. The futuristic nurse wears a skimpy and shiny uniform, something they can’t get away with yet. The boss in the 1980s wears leather shorts and pantyhose with a leopard-print top to express her wild side. The secretary wears pastels and mousy flats to show her position in a more modern office setting. The librarian wears a modest tweed skirt with tights and wool cardigan so she can strip down to something more alluring. There isn’t a consistent color or style among these characters because they are different women with different positions in different years. Anything went as long as it looked the part.
The variety of outfits allowed me to have fun with complimentary lighting. Colors were selected to draw attention to what I was wearing, rather than to make a realistic set. I used tube lights for vivid washes that filled the empty space in the scene, creating a moody atmosphere. The main light was a spotlight cast over my face. It’s a bit of warmth in the overall dark look and adds a touch of film noir, which is perfect for a blackmail thriller. Jazzy music enhances the noir feel, made with drum machine beats, e-piano melodies and bass guitar. The right musical accompaniment helps with pacing and anticipation, making Corrupted feel exciting for the viewer.
A story this big needed to be scripted. I’d written several scripts by the time Corrupted was to be filmed. Coming up with the lines and editing them is an obvious asset when it comes to memorization. It does take extra time to write and rehearse but it makes filming a much easier process. I don’t draw blanks or talk in circles because everything I say is planned. When all of my lines are said for a distinct reason, it allows me to put more emotion into the action and have more fun performing.
Corrupted is a sophisticated adult thriller. Fear and seduction swirl with primal feelings of embarrassment and lust. It’s an exploration of the human character that opens the dialog of how our past experiences can manifest in future scenarios.
